4. Third Party Sites and Privacy**
Creed Esports may link to third-party sites, but it is not responsible for their content. Users' interactions with third parties are subject to those parties' terms. All user information is handled according to Creed Esports's Privacy Policy.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with Creed Esports's rules. Prohibited actions include cheating, harassment, unauthorized software use, and illegal activities. Users must be at least eighteen years old to participate in tournaments.
Conditions of Participation
Users agree to abide by these Terms and Creed Esports's decisions. Creed Esports reserves the right to disqualify or take action against users engaging in unfair conduct, including but not limited to:
- Falsifying personal information
- Financial fraud or misrepresentation
- Collusion or syndicate play
- Violation of tournament rules
- Unauthorized methods to accumulate points or prizes
- Using automated means to access information
- Misuse of Bonus Cash or other offers
- Tampering with tournaments or security measures
- Obtaining user information without consent or spamming
- Abusing the website (e.g., using disrespectful language)
Creed Esports may take legal action for policy violations.
Registration
Participants must provide username, phone number/email, and confirm agreement with these Terms.
Tournament Participation and Prizes
Users play supported games to earn points. Winners with the highest points win prizes.
Legality of Game of Skill
Tournaments are games of skill, not gambling.
Eligibility
Participants must be above 18 years old, reside in India, and meet registration requirements.
Payment Terms
Users authorize payment for tournament participation, including platform fees and prize contributions.
Discounts Offered
Creed Esports may issue discounts for tournaments, subject to terms and restrictions.
Selection of Winners
Winners are determined based on User points in designated tournament matches. The User(s) with the highest points are declared Winners. In some tournaments, multiple Winners may be declared, with prizes distributed based on points. Participants creating Users for others are disqualified. In case of ties, prizes are divided equally among tied Participants.
Verification and Prize Collection
Winners are contacted via email for verification and prize collection. Required documents include PAN card, residence proof, and bank account details. Prizes are only released upon successful verification within the specified timeframe.
Taxes
Prizes are subject to TDS deductions as per Income Tax Act 1961. TDS of 30% is deducted on Net Winnings for withdrawal requests, if the amount is subjected. Winners are responsible for other applicable taxes.
“Section 194B requires businesses or organizations distributing prizes to withhold income tax at the source before paying out winnings exceeding Rs. 10,000. The current TDS rate on such winnings is 30%, with the total tax liability, including surcharge and cess, amounting to 31.2%."
Publicity
Winners permit the use of their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes by Creed Esports.
General Conditions
Creed Esports's decisions on prizes are final. Residents of certain Indian states and underage Participants are ineligible. Creed Esports may modify prizes and is not liable for prize transportation or packaging.
Dispute Resolution
Legal disputes are resolved through arbitration in Siliguri, India.
Release and Liability
Users access Creed Esports at their own risk. Creed Esports is not liable for losses or damages.
Disclaimers
Creed Esports disclaims warranties and is not liable for certain events beyond its control.
Miscellaneous
Creed Esports may moderate usage, suspend services, and conduct promotions. Users must file complaints or notices according to specified procedures.
