b) Account Deletion requests are processed within the communicated timeline. We confirm acceptance within 12 hours and delete your Account within 15 days.
c) Account Deletion, including personal data, is irreversible. Any Winnings not withdrawn will lapse.
d) Bonus Coins lapse upon Account Deletion. Cash Player funds are credited to the original payment method within 15 working days, except for expired Payment Information.
e) Gameplay history and transaction details may be retained as per Applicable Law and Creed Esports Community Guidelines.
